ColtsTest – Terms & Conditions

1. About Us

ColtsTest is operated by CricketNext LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”). We arrange opportunities for young cricketers (U11–U18) to participate in multi-day matches.

CricketNext LTD is responsible for player coordination and team formation only.
All matches are hosted and managed by independent cricket clubs (“Host Clubs”).

 

2. Nature of Service

By registering, you acknowledge that:

  • CricketNext LTD:

    • Organises player participation

    • Forms teams

    • Communicates with parents

  • Host Clubs:

    • Deliver and manage matches

    • Provide facilities and officials

    • Are responsible for safeguarding, supervision, and health & safety

CricketNext LTD does not supervise players during matches.

 

3. Eligibility

  • Open to players aged U11–U18

  • Registration must be completed by a parent or legal guardian

 

4. Registration

By submitting a registration:

  • You confirm that all information provided is accurate

  • You consent to your child participating in ColtsTest matches

  • You agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy

 

5. Fees & Payment

  • Match fees must be paid in advance

  • Fees are confirmed at the time of registration

 

6. Refund Policy

  • If test match is cancelled then a full refund will be provided

  • If a full day is cancelled due to weather then refund for that day will be provided

  • No refunds for:

    • Partial days due to weather

    • Player absence

    • Voluntary withdrawal

 

7. Player Responsibilities

Players must:

  • Arrive on time and attend scheduled sessions

  • Bring their own food, drinks, and cricket equipment

  • Wear appropriate cricket whites (club whites acceptable)

  • Follow match rules and respect officials and other players

 

8. Health & Safety

  • Host Clubs are responsible for all match-day health & safety

  • Parents acknowledge that cricket involves inherent physical risks

 

9. Injury & Liability Disclaimer

Participation is at the player’s own risk.

CricketNext LTD shall not be liable for:

  • Any injury sustained during matches

  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings

 

10. Safeguarding

  • Safeguarding responsibility lies with the Host Club

  • Each Host Club is expected to operate in line with ECB safeguarding standards

Any safeguarding concerns during a match should be raised with the Host Club’s Welfare Officer.

 

11. Media & Photography

Matches may be recorded or photographed.

By registering, you consent to the use of images/video for ColtsTest purposes unless you opt out.

 

12. Match Format & Changes

  • Matches follow ColtsTest playing conditions

  • CricketNext LTD reserves the right to:

    • Adjust teams for balance

    • Modify format due to weather or other conditions

 

13. Nature of Matches

ColtsTest matches are:

  • Independent development matches

  • Not affiliated with any county pathway, selection process, or governing body competition

 

14. Data Use

Personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and may be shared with Host Clubs to enable participation.

 

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated versions will be published on our website.
